About the Artist!

I started painting in 1994 and have been developing my style ever since.  Learning is on-going.  I find skin a fascinating subject with always something new to discover.  I could paint for hours - time ceases to exist. 

My inspiration is Andrew Wyeth, an American realist, little known in this country.  I admire his work, his patience and sheer discipline. 

Oil is my favoured medium because it is so infinitely workable and forgiving.
